CANCELLATION POLICY

To give each client the best experience, we have an 8-minute grace period for appointments. If you arrive after that, we’ll need to reschedule—thank you for understanding! Wax N Glow will charge a 25% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
